The construction of the NIS building at Circumferential Road, Angeles City was started on July 2007. By June 20, 2008, the school was granted a permit to operate by the Department of Education of Philippines.

In the Early Years School programme, Nursery through KG2, the school starts by laying the foundations of our academic program. Through individualized attention our teachers guide our students to become better communicators both orally and written while fostering curiosity and imagination.
In the elementary school, which is for students in Years 1 to 5, students continue their journey of discovery. Through differentiated instruction strategies our teachers assist our students in further developing their communication skills while increasing their creativity and personal expression. The high school programme develops their critical thinking skills and perseverance they are able to meet the postsecondary expectations.
Additionally, with International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and various Advanced Placement classes, students are given the opportunity to reach even higher and meet the expectations of the 21st century.
The school offers facilities to ensure that students receives the best throughout the duration of their education. The school has computer labs, science labs, football field, library, a clinic, a college counselling room, swimming pool, a gymnasium and playground.
