The expected schoolwide learning results (ESLRs) at this school are strongly targeted towards preparing children for their future as members of a global community. The faculty team consists of qualified students with degrees from accredited universities. The school limits the number of students in each class to ensure personal attention to each student. Teachers view each student as a unique creation of God’s, and thus recognises that individuality in each, and by use of positive reinforcement, encourages the growth and the application of those specific talents to become principled adults.
The School views each child as a unique creation of God and focuses on individual development. Teachers understand the learning potential of each student and modify the teaching style so that students of all aptitude can absorb knowledge. The school strongly believes in positive reinforcement where students are encouraged to achieve maximum potential.
