Eton International School Manila was born in 2004 and was first known as “Eton School”, located inside a mall with its initial starting as a playschool. It provided top-quality Preschool education with Mandarin and Nihongo to families living nearby Robinson’s Manila, in condominiums, residential areas or working in business establishments in the vicinity.
The school is preparing to play a big part in the ASEAN integration by preparing its students to be 21st-century learners who are innovators, entrepreneurs and global leaders. Classrooms are outfitted with the latest in interactive learning technologies that allow students to connect with their teachers, parents and the rest of the world. Offering education from ages of 3-14 years old, the school believes a nurturing environment will go a long way in education, and beyond. The school offers the International Primary Curriculum, which is designed to ensure rigorous learning in students but also helps teachers to make learning exciting, active and meaningful for children.
The school also uses the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC), catering to the needs of 11-14-year-old students. It involves active, skill-based learning, promotes self-reflection and gives the opportunity for the students to make sense of their learning.
