Quarry Bay School offers the International Baccalaureate’s Primary Years Programme (PYP) to the students of primary level. The school became an authorised IB World School in 2010. It follows a mission to empower learners to make a difference.

Students work as collaborative teams and help each other in their learning process. The school focuses on various aspects of learning such as expressive arts, physical education, information literacy, information communication technology and Mandarin. The curriculum is divided into three parts – written curriculum, taught curriculum and assessed curriculum.
Apart from traditional learning, this school provides a virtual learning environment known as Qoodle. It has a wide range of on-line resources and tools that support their learning. It can be used in the school as well as at home.
