ABC Pathways International Kindergarten

ABC Pathways International Kindergarten is a part of the ABC Pathways school group, which currently runs seven learning centres in both Hong Kong and Bangkok. More than 45,000 students have benefited from the teaching methodologies at this school, from the pre-school to upper-secondary levels itself.

Acclaimed International Kindergarten in Bangkok

The group has received several accolades for its contribution to education. These include the ‘Outstanding Business Partner Award’ from Oxford University Press in 2004, ‘Cambridge Educational Partner’ status by Cambridge University Press in 2006 and ‘Outstanding Contribution Award in Cambridge English’ during the Cambridge English Centenary Year in 2013.

This international kindergarten’s academic curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) component of the U.K national curriculum. The curriculum is structured in such a way as to enable all learners with the correct tools to prepare and equip them for their formal education journey- with the aim of making each young learner into a learning ‘winner’: this is accomplished by including positive reinforcement as a motivational tool, and proffering a rewarding and joyful learning experience that will challenge the student body.

English Language Teaching Materials

The ABC Pathways International Kindergarten uses Cambridge University Press English Language Teaching materials which enable the learners to build a strong base for further studies. The school does not rely on tests and homework but rather strives to build a high standard of education.

Therefore, the curriculum focuses on several aspects of education – literacy, creative development, communication skills, physical, social and emotional development, reasoning and critical thinking, humanities, science, physical education, and languages.

Apart from the kindergarten programmes, the school also offers several after-school and Saturday enrichment courses suitable for kindergarten and primary students of all ages. This is done by using Cambridge University Press ELT resources and the group’s own study materials specifically designed for the students. These programmes develop all aspects of English language education – speaking, reading, writing and listening in students to have full mastery of the language.
