Lantau Pui O Campus is an English language primary school located on the south side of Lantau Island. The school claims to have the greenest campus environment in the whole of Hong Kong. Lantau International School is also somewhat unique in that it provides all learning material free of charge to it’s students- including stationary, workbooks, and text books.

British Curriculum Education

Lantau Pui O Campus has professionally-trained teachers who teach according to the British Curriculum. Being a school that only accepts up to 320 students, lessons are carried out with highly effective communication between teachers and students, allowing a unique bond to form in the school community. Bilingual and multilingual students are also given the opportunity to learn Mandarin through the school’s Mandarin lessons.

Students are always prioritised in LIS. The school has green learning environments and high-tech classes that help learners experience a fun and interesting education. Upper Primary 4 to Upper Primary 6 pupils at this campus are also supplied with computers to facilitate their educational needs at this age.

The nature-friendly surrounding allows students to be active in various outdoor activities, giving them the chance to learn more about nature and their roles in protecting it. LIS also offers non-compulsory extra-curricular clubs like drama, choir and dance.
