At the Early Years / Foundation stage, MAZ International School supplies a fun yet secure environment for the Nursery, Kindergarten, and Kindergarten 2 class rooms, for the children aged between three to five years old. Trips to the fire station, High 5 Bread Factory, Post Office, National Science Centre, Supermarket, Chocolate factory, and the Zoo, among others, will appease their inquiring minds. MAZ’s structured infant programme will ensure your child grasps the building blocks needed to progress to learning at a Primary School level.
The Primary School enrols children between the ages of 5 and 15. It provides classes from Year I to Year 6. Whilst based on the British curriculum, the Primary School syllabus is further enhanced with the trusted teaching methods and global modules.
On the other hand, the Secondary School offers classes to Year 7 pupils (equivalent to Form 1 in Malaysia) up until Year 11 (or Form 5) in the build up to the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) exams from either the University of Cambridge International Examinations Syndicate (commonly referred to as CIE) or Edexcel.
The school provides an opportunity for students to express themselves in the various spheres – be it academic, sports or the arts. Students are disciplined and hold high ethical values. The school also works hard in imparting moral values such as compassion, respect, tolerance and honesty in students.
MAZ International School Shah Alam is an all through school providing the British curriculum to students from preschool through secondary level. Classes are conducted in a state of the art facility fully equipped with academic, sporting and performing arts facilities.
The school houses 75 fully air-conditioned room equipped with audio-visual equipment. The school also contains a range of laboratories for learning a variety of aspects – science, technology, language, art and design.
The school promotes sporting activities and is equipped with a multipurpose indoor hall which can be converted into a volleyball court and a badminton court. There is also an Olympic sized swimming pool for competitive and amateur swimming.
