Lycee Francais de Kuala Lumpur (LFKL) or the French School of Kuala Lumpur was established in 1962 which has faced a rapid development since then. The school follows an ambition of preparing students to face the world and the challenges of the 21st century. Lycee Francais de Kuala Lumpur (LFKL) offers the French curriculum to students from primary through secondary levels. Students obtain the French Baccalaureate at the end of the end of their education journey in the school. The school boasts of a faculty team which consists of French teachers who are attached to the Ministry of National Education and professional English teachers. The school offers cross-curricular studies which starts from lower secondary school reforms where students get a meaning to learning and understand the importance of group work.
