Japanese Kindergarten in Bangkok

The school creates a warm day-to-day child care facility where children grow both mentally and physically. The school respects the individuality of each student and the imagination of each child. The faculty works hard in inculcating a love for nature in children.

The kindergarten’s director believes that the school is a place for each child’s sensitivity and feelings to be nurtured (and to learn to get a grasp on their own feelings) in a safe and comforting environment. After all, basic trust is learnt by the social interactions with other people, and New Bambino gives ample space for learning social cues and by engaging all their physical senses along with the emotional support given by nurturing carers.

The school’s values include respecting each child’s individual growth and development, respecting the independence and imagination in daily childcare, and educating children about loving and being one with nature.

International Nursery & Kindergarten

The school is divided into two sections – nursery and kindergarten. Daily activities in New Bambino International Kindergarten involves free play, music, gymnastics, playing in the splash pool, playing outside, rhythm play and a number of other activities.

The biggest class will have 28 students in one of two class, which is the three to four year old, four to five year old, and five to six year old classes.

The school has two specific programmes – English programme and Thai programme. In the English programme, the faculty engages in English with students in many ways. The curriculum is designed around encouraging students to enjoy the five senses while moving their body. The classes are carried out by foreign lecturers. The Thai programme, on the other hand, is meant for the children of Japanese origin so that they feel closer to the Thai culture.
