Ekhlass International School (EIS) had its inception in 1995, driven by the growing need to cater to the academic requirements of expatriate children residing in rural Kijal, Terengganu. Commencing with fewer than 10 students, E.I.S. has since flourished, now welcoming over 100 children hailing from diverse age groups and backgrounds. This growth is supported by a dedicated academic staff comprising more than 22 professionals.
Our school is under the stewardship of an accomplished educator, Puan Fariza Binti Dato’ Dr Hj. Kassim, who brings years of experience as a childhood educator to her role.

EIS boasts an exceptional and wholesome learning environment with a specific focus on nurturing the critical and rational thinking capabilities of children and teenagers. Our aim is to cultivate bright young minds that are profoundly inquisitive, creative, and intelligent. Following the Cambridge International Curriculum, EIS extends its educational reach to encompass both primary (IPC) and secondary (IGCSE) education, catering to students from the tender age of 3 upwards. This comprehensive programme includes offerings for pre-school and kindergarten as well.
