Wesley Methodist International School Penang adopts the internationally recognised British Cambridge curriculum for Primary School Year 1 to Year 6 and Secondary School Year 7 to Year 11, leading to the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (I.G.C.S.E.) and A-Levels in Year 12 to Year 13.
