German Swiss International School Pok Fu Lam Campus caters to children from preschool up to primary level and follows the German National Curriculum and the British National Curriculum. The school was established in 1969 to provide education to the German-Swiss families of Hong Kong.
The school provides a bilingual education where students learn both German and English. The school is conveniently located, close to the beautiful greenery of Pok Fu Lam Country Park. After graduating from this campus, children move to the German Swiss International School Peak Campus to complete pursuing their middle school and secondary education.
German Swiss International School Pok Fu Lam Campus offers two different curricula to students – German and British National Curriculum and is supported by both the German and the Swiss governments. More than 1300 students from over 30 countries study in this school. The school employs experienced and qualified teachers from German and English speaking countries to deliver a memorable learning experience to children. While most students follow the British curriculum, there are many students who follow the German one too.
For children from non-German speaking families pursuing the German National curriculum, the school has a well-defined handholding system which helps them cope up with the challenges.
